These bugs are annoying
The crit mastery is healing but not applying the attack speed bonus and boots of lucidity is providing the cdr for summoner spells for a while but then the cdr disappears.

The bug with Lucidity and Summoner Spells is going to be fixed in this next patch later tonight.
