Loading screen stuck randomly and losing not just dodge lp but full lp for it.

Im so pissed off right now i just lost 2 games in a row and then played a good game and got some lp now I didn't have 0. Now I load into a game ready to play get to the load screen waiting notice its taking a while, and what do you know my game froze at 100% when everyone loaded in then the game won't LET ME FUCKING CLOSE IT SO I CAN GET BACK INTO THE GAME IN TIME. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE TO REMAKE A GAME I LOST LP NOT 3 NOT 4 NOT 5 NO BUT ALL 18 OF MY LP THAT I JUST GAINED FROM LAST MATCH. This is so ridiculous and all I could find when trying to figure out how to get off of the screen was people on LoL Forums Complaining about the same issue and getting leaver busters losing lp etc.
