Timeout during champion select

I dont know why this keeps happening, but I get timed out during champion select, I can type in chat and people can respond, but someones count goes to 0 and doesn't go to the next person, I have now gotten a 30 min and a 13 minute timer because of "leaving q's"... this is getting rediculous and is in no way fair Im not intentionally skipping anything and Im getting the repercussions of it
