Bug logged me out of account causing game to lose

So I was playing this game and in the middle it auto disconnected me during game. I restarted my computer yet the second time i got in it was the same, until the third time stuff went back to normal but then yorick was fed and we lost the game. I mean this happened to me a few times over the weeks and I got penalties twice(which sadly there is a penalty bug as well)[slayer-jinx-unamused] gonna upload video later
