[CLIENT] Connection Error When Trying to Log In

Every time I try to log into the client it gives me this connection error message.

'Connection failure. Unable to connect to the PVP.net server.'

I have an active connection to the net, and whatnot but this is just ridiculous to have to fight this or try and fix this just to play a game. Seriously this (along with the store) have been bugged out ever since Rek'sai's release. Fix this.
