Please, fix it right now or remove Brand from ranked games until it's done

Just poiting out, for those who have not been unlucky enough to discover it in the middle of a game, that Brand's ult is currently totally bugged and will fizzle without bouncing in most cases. This just costed our team a ranked, and I already encountered this bug 2 days ago. I can hardly believe that Brand is still available in ranked games, given the fact that picking him is more or less signing up for a defeat... So questions for the people in charge at Riot Games : were you aware of this issue, and are you actually working on it? (maybe not solving it right now, but for example preventing people from getting a free lose, especially in ranked games...)

PS : yes i'm sightly upset about the defeats. Thanks for asking.
