Warrior Princess Sivir's Boomerang Goes through her Arm

I'm sure that many people have noticed this before, but with the update to Sivir,** her boomerang** on the Warrior Princess skin now** goes through her arm for her walking animation**, which is a definite visual bug. It is easy to spot and doesn't require anything to replicate. Just wondering if Riot has any plans to fix the bug. Visual bugs for skins have been fixed in the past for other champs, so I'm confused as to why this one is ignored.
