gamebreaking kai'sa bug

just played a OfA as kai'sa, went ap and i noticed that for some reason my w was dealing next to no damage considering i was going straight ap burst. after my first item i looked and realized that i wasnt getting any damage from the ap (at least according to the tooltip). it showed the bonus damage from AD but for AP it showed a big ol 0
