added loss to promos

I've been trying to get out of silver 5 for a while (just lost my 5th promo, rip) but 3 out of my 5 promo I have been given a gift by riot, a free loss. I don't know if it has to do with the free win that you get after losing promos but it was really annoying as I was given less chances to get out
