Ranked game, everybody DC'ed on and off

was playing a ranked game, and then this happen , it wasent just me, as you can see in the video, everybody was dcing on and off, and even tho i won, this is messed up. Is there anything that going to be done? I dont want to rank and this happens again and i lose lp....
