Spent the ENTIRE queue time for Clash trying to lock in, Still couldnt play

My friends and I all dropped a ticket and waiting around for the entire queue JUST TO EVEN LOCK IN, and it booted out one of our players at 17min left. Straight up kicked him out. FOr the 17min, WE COULD NOT GET HIM BACK IN WHATSOEVER UNTIL A MINUTE LEFT, and we STILL couldnt use tickets on him or pick his role. Riot wtf is going on??? Ruined our night we had planned cause your system literally shat the bed.
