Hextech key?

It kinda sucks how long it takes to get a key. I was kinda happy to actually make one the otherday-

And look. It disappears... Pretty great Imiright?

I have tried to submit a support ticket but when I tried to it said I couldn't connect to the page.

No, I wasn't trying to report a bug for one key. There is also a problem with my account where my IP will be a wrong amount (most of the time, more than what I have) and I have to log out and log back in to fix it.

If anyone has witnessed this bug, please tell be the process in fixing it, for I have tried a few things already.

I am not that bent out of shape over it, but a key is a key, and I rather have it than not.
