STUCK ON LOADING SCREEN, AND FALSE LEAVERBUSTER

This problem started today, so as I'm waiting in the landing screen it stays there not loading until the players remake, then it takes me to the score screen right after, i literally got 9 penalty q's now , for a problem on riots end, please remove them, and fix this problem

This problem has happened to me too. Just now in fact. I was talking with my friend, and the game started despite me being in loading screen at 100%

This happened to me once or twice, when I realized that I've been on the loading screen for too long I relaunched the client and got in the game.
