Loot Disappeared After Opening Crate

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, and sorry if I'm wrong, but...

I just opened a level 3 honor capsule and received a Tomb Angel ward permanent along side some random champion shards. I don't really loot that often, so I was stoked, went to my inventory, and... it was gone. It wasn't a shard, I checked. No mention of Tomb Angel anywhere in my inventory. I found it in the 'unowned' section after a couple minutes of looking, and it's a legacy ward from 2012. I'm not sure what I did to lose it, but I am darn sure I got it and it makes me wonder if I've lost other things, like shards, because of... whatever happened.

To replicate:

Get level 3 honor capsule.

Open capsule.

Recieve Tomb Angel Ward Skin Permanent.

Accept.

Check to see if you have the ward skin.

I have no idea what happened. I just got a legendary skin for free out of a loot box, so this isn't a @#$% Rito post, I am just letting you guys know of the issue. Thanks.
