[Gameplay] Twisted Fate - Stun Card bug

Playing as Twisted Fate the other night I noticed something, I would activate the Pick A Card and select the Yellow Card, upon which I would proceed to throw the card at a Yi or a Vladimir, the card would visually make contact with them and do the damage, but they would not get stunned (Yi would activate Alpha Strike making him untargetable) (Vlad would activate Sanguine Pool) and even though they took the damage and the card made contact with them they did not get stunned
