Remake Bug

I've also read this somewhere else, but sometimes remake won't work when someone in your team is clearly disconnected. I think this is the case if the person keeps trying to reconnect, because the teammate reconnected at 7 minutes saying that his windows 10 forced him to update. Anyone else with this?
