Stuck Controls

I usually play on a Mac when I'm on the road, but recently theres this annoying bug that happens every now and then when I join a game, it seems to trigger randomly.

I join the game and the camera is stuck, I try to press Y to unlock it but wont work, I have to double click everything to interact, the camera is just stuck and wont move, even if I try to walk around.

Honestly the only way around this is to restart the client and rejoin the game, any one experienced this before?! Or is there a possible fix?
