Lobby bug

Am I the only one getting a no lobby problem? I cannot get in lobby, lets me back into arranging team. While for other ppl I am in the lobby. I have to restart the client if I wanna get in the game AFTER lobby faze has ended (only in ARAM tho) and if I just restart client i gotta wait :( Just to clarify, I'm on the EUW server, and I have also heard that other ppl have the same problem.
