Grey Client (can't click anything)

In champion select, your client would turn grey and not allow you to click anything. This would also force a dodge and time penalty. Things I know that trigger it:

1. Changing summoner spells
2. Entering multiple queues

This was also a major problem in the PBE and Im pretty disgusted that this when live.
