Kled W 4th Hit Won't Go Off

So I was told of a bug somebody ran into, they were playing Kled and while doing Krugs noticed that their 4th hit didn't go off. I decided to try and reproduce this bug as Riot gave Kled a W bugfix this patch and it could likely have caused another in the process.

A video of the bug can be found here. Now, this video is 6 min long as I attempted many times to get the bug to happen, I started with krugs and eventually tried in lane. The bug occurs from around 4 min to 4:07 mark.

As you can see the W acts a a bit funny at first, I got to hit a minion and cancel the attack because it died and then target the one next to it activating my W. But as you can see as the autos go off only 3 get the W benefit and animation as well as the 4th losing both the bonus damage and animation (the damage never happens so the ability just fizzled) This is likely due to how they fixed it so his W would not go on CD if he canceled an auto attack this patch making it so in the rare occasion if the target dies like this/ targeting changes/ some other spaghetti.

This bug is VERY inconsistent but it can have a MASSIVE impact on the game. W is some of Kled's most important damage and having a chance that the damage just won't happen can be very game changing (but as I said before it is inconsistent and hard to replicate) It obviously isn't enough to disable the champion, but should be looked at none the less.
