Morde Breaks ascension

if you kill the ascended xerath with a mordekaiser's ghost, mordekaiser does not get the buff and ascended xerath does not spawn again

to reproduce, play as morde and a friend as anything kill friend and get ghost send in the ghost to deal the final blow

did not work the first time in the game, but the 2nd spawn, it did work when i tested it out
