[PBE][Client] Uninstaller language bug

This might be the wrong place, but this seems to be a bit more meta than the PBE bug report place.

I've kinda stopped playing LoL (only play ARAM once in a while), so I wanted to uninstall the PBE. Turns out the uninstaller is in czech. That is a supported language for EUNE, but I'm not EUNE.

-EUW (Netherlands) -PBE Uninstaller, OS is most updated windows 10 version

Experiment: uninstall EUW PBE client. Expected outcome: Either uninstalls without prompts, or has prompts in English (standard language) or German (chosen client language). Outcome: Prompts were in čeština (czech/tsjechisch).

Reproduce: Install the EUW PBE Client, then uninstall it. The uninstaller will not ask for a language and just proceed in čeština. Reproduction rate 1 out of 1, not gonna re-install the client to test this bug.

(I pressed 'ano' in the prompt, now I'm hoping uninstalling PBE did not introduce me to a few viruses.)
