[GAMEPLAY] Strange interaction with Warwick and Kled + a small Q bug for Warwick

Warwick is supposed to have increased movementspeed against champions below 50% HP as a passive on his W, but that isn't the case against agaist Kled. However, if Kled losing his mount (Skaarl) going down to say 5% hp, getting back his mount and his mount is getting down to 5% hp (total of 10% hp) Warwick doesn't get the movementspeed buff from W passive.

1. Attack as much as you can on Kled until he loses his mount
2. Get the unmounted Kled as low as possible
3. Let Kled attack you so he gets back his mount.
4. Attack him once again so the mount gets low but not so low that he losing it.
5. Now you can see that his total HP from both Kled himself and his mount doesn't get even close to 50% of his HP but you still doesn't get the movementspeed buff from W.

it happened to me in two ranked games recently and I experianced it both times i played against Kled.

The other thing is something I don't really know if it's intended of if it is a bug but it seems like a bug to me since there is no other ability that works this way. It's Warwicks Q when you lasthiting minions. If the minion is dying (from a teammate or just dying from other minions) the mana from your Q is taken, the cooldown goes off but you are not dealing any damage and you are not getting healed by it. It's like the abilitie is getting canceled but everything is getting used anyways.

The mana should be refounded and should not get on CD if you litterly don't use the ability.

1. Use Warwicks Q when one of the minions are about to die.
2. time it right so you don't get the gold.
3. see how your Q goes on CD but nothing happens. Only the mana gets used and you standing there with no Q.

As a guy who played Warwick the last 40 games I discovered this extremly annoying when pushing as 5 lategame and trying to heal myself on the wave when someone is lasthiting the creep before my Q animation is done. I experiance this ALL games as Warwick.
