Draven's Q bug, Mordekaiser's R vs Azir, is it intentional ?

Apparently, if you have your Q Active, and auto attack a minion, and an ally kills it with a Targon's passive, Draven will lose his Axe, it won't bounce back and Draven's arm animation will change to an idle one.

Also, if you kill Azir, with Mordekaiser's ult, you won't be able to move him or force him to attack, however he will only follow you, is this intentional?
