Hextech loot

So I just completed the snowdown mission where I got a chest and a key I opened it chest up and got a fiddlesticks skin and another chest and key. I tried to open up the chest and it did the animation but it crashed my client and used my key but not my chest. I checked if it gave me anything and it didn't.
