[Bug Client]"A player has declined..." tooltip is blocking loot and store links

Whenever I am in queue, I like to browse the store - or even use the loot system to get new stuff. However recently in the new client the tool tip that says "a player has declined..." is directly over that, and there is no way to get rid of the tool tip rather then to wait it out and let it fade on its own.

There should be a way to get rid of the tooltip or move it from hovering above the store/loot links.
