League Of Legends Freezing / Crashing

Throughout the League Of Legends Season 9, I and two other people have personally experienced issues within our games. We all hear a microsoft sound, then the whole game freezes, we can't tab out, we can't close the game, we can't do anything. We are looking for a solution and currently has found none. This has only happened in Season 9 to us, so is it the computer or the game. (Also, any other game we play we don't freeze so I don't understand how it's our computers.) It can't be your laptop cuz as you said it does'nt crash for other games.But maybe your client is bugged? Try first pressing your windows tab and seeing if the game is frozen or your entire screen.Then I would recommened checking if it's a ping issue.Otherwise it could be a deadlock or screen freeze(could be the games or sadly your laptop). Try installing ping plotter and hextech repair tool.Record and run the needed data and send it to Riot.

so i ran into this same issue exactly. i found a remedy that seemed to work for a couple months.

ill share my initial fix in the hopes it may help, this can also be found on the league troubleshooting page. i logged into league and while at the home menu i opened up my league folder and deleted my config folder, once thats deleted run a custom game. after u have loaded into the custom game, exit out, and close out league of legends and relaunch. that was the only fix i found that worked for any length of time. keep in mind all ur settings and bindings will go back to the original layout so be sure to write them down or take a pic to make it easier to change out ur settings.

with that said, as u may have imagined it started happening again, hence why im back on the msg boards. hope that helps fix ur issue. would love to hear anyone elses fixes. i have tried hex tech, repatching, reinstalling, etc. also my pc is only about 6 months old
