Can't pick champion

So I was playing ranked draft, I was first pick. I banned fiora for the last ban, and for some reason fiora's ablilities description was stuck at the bottom of the screen and when It was my turn to pick a champion, none of my champions showed up, no champions showed at all, and at the last second, all my champions showed up and I was kicked from the game.

Is this a bug? (this only happened once so far)
