Unable to connect to server bug

This was a known glitch for awhile, thought it was gone but i guess not. i just played a game perfectly fine, we stomped them 19-8, etc etc. i re-queued for the next match (playing solo) got through champion select just fine, but when i went to get into the game all i got was a black screen. i minimized and reopened and got the "unable to connect to server, check your firewall settings" thing that happens when you get drophacked. its been a handfull of minutes and im about to try again, but if i recall correctly this glitch is gonna put me out of commission for the rest of the night.
