Fizz Sheen Bug

Not sure if this has already been reported/addressed, but there is currently a bug where sheen sometimes doesn't proc on fizz's q, and lich bane will never proc on fizz's q. his q applies on hit effects, and these abilities used to proc on his q. the infamous "w>q" for an instant thunderlords proc (auto attack counted in the q, the q itself, then the w effect) is no longer possible because of this bug. makes fizz's trading pretty bad in lane.
