Custom match bots broken

Hey guys, I'll just get straight to the point.

So I play a lot of custom matches against bots, and it appears that the (new?) Jinx bot and Fizz bot do nothing except afk in base. Also from a previous experience, Soraka bot is pretty.. how should I say.. dumb. Sometimes she just stands in lane and doesn't hit minions and just takes mad punishment.
