Chat System Glitch ( home screen )

i am unable to chat with any friends when i use a slower connection ( aka my home internet opposed to my phones data ) was hopin this could be fixed soon, i miss talking to people on my account :< ~Bush Raptor*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*
