Vladimir Quickcast with E Not Working!

Hello! I use Quickcast to cast abilities faster and I honestly love it, but when I play Vladimir, his E auto detonates so I can't full charge. I know I can just turn off E, but I don't want to do this every game. Please fix this, Riot!
