Broken healthbars and scoreboard

Last night I loaded into a game as Janna and my scoreboard was all stacked, I could only see myself and the opposing Rakan. Only Jhin was showing on my ally icons above the minimap, which was lucky for him because I couldn't see any champion healthbars, for my team or the enemy. Couldn't even see mine, and my big health bar at the bottom didn't exist either. Renekton said that only a complete computer reboot would fix it, so I decided to just roll with it. About 10 minutes into the game, however, it froze. I had to force quit and relog. Luckily everything was fixed when I got back into game and we went on to win, but for 10 minutes it was a headache for me and Jhin.
