Dynamic Queue mastery/rune choices are bugged.

A couple of issues I've noticed with dynamic queue since it was reopened for players.

1. Changing names of rune pages didn't automatically change in the selection drop down menu. A. In example, changed rune page "ADC" to "Fighter Jungle". In the drop down menu names remained the same, but the runes did change to reflect the change.
2. Same with some master pages. A. Yesterday, made a mastery page named "Lee Sin" from the home menu. Jumped into queue and page wasn't there right away, but it was there in my next match.

Not game breaking, but I doubt it is working as intended.
