Back in the day in 2015 i got my Grey WW form the RAF and it shows that i get the Senior Recruiter but i only have the Recruiter under my name if u hover over it???????

You need to contact the player support, they can change your forum badges. P.S. EU doesn't get any forum badges on NA and I'm still salty about that.
