Emote acquisition bug

Opened a chest, got the "so cool"emote (one where jinx is eating popcorn whilst looking flabbergasted). Emote did not show up in emote menu, nor does it exist in store or anywhere else. A chest completely wasted on non-existent content, or a glitch.
