Perhaps this is an audio bug?

Anytime i play a game now since i removed pando (which it prompted me to do again after i had removed it once already) i get no spell sound in game. it makes it rather difficult to play seeing as i cannot tell if i hit someone with a skillshot in the brush or not. If anyone has had this issue some help would be greatly appreciated. :)
