Ice King Twitch - Recall Animation laugh is hard to hear

I've been playing as Ice King Twitch (without a Chroma Skin, but I'm not sure if that would change anything) and have noticed that his Recall laugh is significantly quieter than it should be, despite the Recall's other SFX being suitably audible. I just tested this on the Practice Tool, on Patch V10.3.307.1028 .

When recalling, he stands atop a block of ice, surrounded by 4 Poros, then shoots the block with his crossbow, freezing the Poros and guffawing evilly. However, I can barely hear his evil laugh (it is FAR quieter than his /L or ctrl+4 laugh). His /L is a light snicker and his Recall includes a triumphant BAHAHAHAHAHA, but the latter sounds too muted. Even the cute Poro noises outshout the Plague Rat.

To anyone wishing to test this, use Ice King Twitch in-game and compare the Recall laugh with his /L laugh. You can even tell, by Twitch's body language, that the Recall laugh is supposed to be much louder than the /L laugh.
