The game does not start. I can select my champion, runes and spells but the game does not start. A System Error pops up asking me permission to do a memory dump. I used Hextech Repair Tool also but the problem is still there. It started today only when my client repatched and the worlds loading screen appeared

Same Problem here, and I use WinXP SP3 can NOT play the game since last patch.
I got more than 4 crashes in one game. One during the loading screen, and the rest during the game. Match was over in less than 5 min because I kept on relogging....
I have the same error, but there seems to be no fix since you cant do anything other than try to dump the files, and it takes you to reconnect every time only for the same error to occur. However, i use a proxy client instead of windows. Is that something we have in common? If so, that may be the source of the problem
