Basically, when the website is zoomed in (View = 175% because ... actually, not sure why it was that large), the main body text still thinks it has an object it's wrapping around, but the table of contents (or in this case, Related Content box) is already finished. Therefore, it makes sense that the text would fill the entire page. As you can see, as is it looks cramped and generally silly.

This occurs in Chrome and MS Edge at least, and seems to occur at various View zooms.
