Fiora Passive Bug

Seen it a few times but don't know how to recreate it. When the gold ring from Fiora's passive appears on enemies, it can sometimes not fade away after the 15 seconds, so you're left with 2 gold vital zones on your enemy. Don't have any screenshots unfortunately

I've seen it myself, and one of them doesn't even register. it did the same with the ultimate too. Should be fixed honestly.
