[GAMEPLAY] Urgot Ult Canceled By "Mark" Summoner Spell

Today during an ARAM I grabbed an enemy champion with the second part of an Urgot ult. I thought I was going to kill him as I saw the chains go out, but he used the second part of his snowball mark and phased out of the chains. The Urgot ult ended up being on cooldown, and I ended up being a sad crab.
