here is a heimerdinger bug there is a video link for the video of the bug but here is what happened heimers turret stayed alive after he was away from it for more then 10 seconds and shot towards wolves and other things from mid lane (watch the video)

yeah, its been happening since the end of season 4. if you look closely they are doing no damage. it's just an animation glitch due to a targeting error.
(Also the lazer charging white bar is in the wrong place) and ("my complaints": when allies teleport to your ultimate turret it glitches out and fails to too attack and just times out without working same for stuns and its lazer aiming is always off same for small turrets sometimes shoots opposite direction from any enemy minions or enemy champions.) Just focus on the glitch and the white bar for now cause it reveals enemy location. Not that I'm complaining helps Donger mains win ranked
