Enemy minions spawning stuck/froze my character in spot !!!!!!

was playing as Rengar and team was going for nexus kill. As i am passing destroyed enemy tower there minions start spawning and a minion either spawns in me or moves thru me and then i find i cant move or atk ."cant even atk enemy locking me in spot"...... i am stuck/frozen in spot . I can still be hit and killed by enemies but they leave me and kill the rest of team then goto me .......
