loading screen border

ive gotten to g5 in season 8 and for the 1st month of preseason ive had gold loading screen border, but as soon as i came back from vacation, my border turned to silver border. please explain why and fix it asap cause i want to brag about my gold border.

They said they would fix the bug in this patch but apperantly it's still in the game... Fun.
