Tahm Kench Bug?

Is anyone experiencing a bug on Tahm Kench where it always show that his ult is up? Whenever I play with friends they always say that green circle above the teammates icon is on, and therefore shows I always have ult. However, in reality I don't, and I usuakly have to manually ping this a couple times which is kind of frustrating. Wondering if this problem is just occurring for me or is prevalent for others
