No sound in client

Logged in and had sound on login screen. After signing in, had no sound in client. I have checked sound settings, have tried initiating full repair. I did notice that for some reason the client doesn't appear in volume mixer. Everything else has running on my computer has sound. Not really sure what happened here.

Edit: No idea what happened, but it started working. Client was up, and I was clicking through things and the sound came on and appeared in volume mixer. I have changed nothing.

Edit 2: It just happened again. I launched League and have no sound in client, and it doesn't appear i volume mixer.
