Installs broken

So When I tried to install the PBE the client started downloading got to about 50% started "applying patches" and then started over. redownloading at 16GB. This is happening on both my LIVE client and PBE client. If anyone has any Ideas on what to do please let me know. I should also mention that this is happening on two separate clients and on BOTH Live and PBE.
