Master Yi Q Bug Gameplay

When I was playing Master Yi just now, multiple times my I would Q the enemy but then it would immediately show that it is off cooldown. But when I keep trying to use Q again, it wouldn't go off. This bug is very annoying as I wouldn't know when it would come off cooldown again. This never happened before this new update, it is sort of like the Jhin bug on the PBe where he couldn't use abilities after having a certain amount of ammo left.
